Tymobeauty accepts eligible return requests within 30 calendar days from the date confirmed delivery is recorded.

Return Request

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, include photographs or other information that helps us review the issue.

Return Condition

Refund Processing

After a returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days. A payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
